Utah House Committee Releases Former AG Swallow Report

A SPECIAL HOUSE INVESTIGATIVE COMMITTEE RELEASED ITS FINAL REPORT WEDNESDAY, ON FORMER UTAH ATTORNEY GENERAL JOHN SWALLOW.

SWALLOW STEPPED DOWN FROM OFFICE LAST DECEMBER, BUT REMAINS THE FOCUS OF A PROBE INTO ETHICAL VIOLATIONS.

COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN, REPRESENTATIVE JIM DUNNIGAN, SAYS THE COST OF THE PROBE, AT NEARLY $4-MILLION, WAS NECESSARY.

THE UTAH STATE BAR WILL INVESTIGATE ETHICAL VIOLATIONS -- WHILE SALT LAKE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY SIM GILL IS STILL WEIGHING POTENTIONAL CRIMINAL CHARGES.
