Girl Missing From West Valley City School Found in Good Condition

WEST VALLEY POLICE SAY, 12-YEAR-OLD AMERICAN PREPARATORY ACADEMY STUDENT ASHLEY ESQUIVEL WAS FOUND TUESDAY MORNING, IN GOOD CONDITION.

AUTHORITIES SAY A TIPSTER CALLED TO SAY THEY'D FOUND A GIRL WHO WAS CONFUSED... COLD... AND LOOKED LIKE THE MISSING GIRL.

POLICE TOOK THE GIRL TO THE HOSPITAL FOR EVALUATION... AND LATER CONFIRMED IT IS ESQUIVEL.

THEY'RE NOW WORKING TO DETERMINE WHAT HAPPENED TO HER OVERNIGHT.

ASHLEY WAS REPORTED MISSING MONDAY EVENING, WHEN HER MOTHER WENT TO PICK HER UP FROM A SCHOOL ACTIVITY AND COULDN'T FIND HER.

SURVEILLANCE VIDEO SHOWED ESQUIVEL OUTSIDE THE WEST VALLEY CITY SCHOOL, ABOUT 3:45 MONDAY AFTERNOON.
